You know that summer is almost over when it is Lynden Fair time. This year Wade joined us (he hates the fair) because he wanted to see Amelia's reaction to all the animals, especially the horses. We arrived just in time for a show featuring Clydesdale horses and a preview of next weekend's rodeo on the same grounds. We ate, drank lemonade and had a great time looking at the rides, booths and people. I even talked Wade into getting an "old time" picture taken. I think he even enjoyed himself :).
